1. Services

Clearview Fencing Pretoria provides professional fencing installation, repair, and maintenance services across Pretoria and the greater Gauteng region. Our services include clearview (ClearVu) fencing, palisade fencing, electric fencing, gate automation, razor wire and barbed wire installation, and fence repairs.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes provided by Clearview Fencing Pretoria are estimates based on information available at the time of assessment. Quotes are not binding contracts. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material costs, access requirements, and scope changes discovered during installation. A formal written agreement will be provided before work commences.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit is required before work commences. The deposit amount will be specified in your written quote.
• The balance is due upon completion of the work, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
• Payment can be made via EFT (electronic funds transfer) or cash.
• Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted under South African law.

4. Warranty

Clearview Fencing Pretoria provides a warranty on workmanship for all installations. The warranty period will be specified in your project agreement. This warranty covers defects in installation and labour but does not cover:

• Damage caused by third parties, natural disasters, or abnormal weather conditions
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications
• Material defects (these are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable)

5. Liability

Clearview Fencing Pretoria will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. However, our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the specific work performed. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business
• Damage to underground services (pipes, cables) not disclosed to us prior to installation
• Delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather, material supply issues, or third-party delays
• Any claims arising from the use of the fence for purposes other than its intended design

6. Site Access & Preparation

The client is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the installation site. Any obstructions, boundary disputes, or required permissions (such as municipal approvals) are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project after acceptance, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or work has commenced. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your project agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gauteng, South Africa.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
